摘要
介绍了中外图书馆职业资格认证制度的发展,分析了我国建立图书馆职业资格认证制度的必要性,指出了建立图书馆职业资格认证制度应注意的问题。
The development of profession certification system in libraries both in and out of China was introduced. The necessity of implementing profession certification system in libraries of China was analyzed with the problems concerned pointed out.
