摘要
从对"21世纪新图书馆运动"理论价值解读及有关问题入手,通过对核心价值含义与图书馆核心价值内容的界定,提出信息化过程中图书馆核心价值构建关键因素及其内涵主要价值分布,而总结与吸收近年来国内外图书馆学理论最新成果,以当代社会主流价值为引领,实现图书馆核心价值与制度的重构与再造,从价值层面提升图书馆的核心竞争力,是"21世纪新图书馆运动"进行到底的动力和历史任务。
The theory value explanation and the question obtain from ＂the 21 st century new library movement＂, through to the core value meaning and the library core value contents limits, proposes the library core value construction key aspect and the connotation key importance distribution in the informationization process, But summarized and the absorption in recent years the domestic and foreign library science theory newest achievement, take the contemporary society mainstream value, realizes the library core value and system＇s restructuring and the restoration, promoted the core competitiveness of library from the value stratification plane, is power and historic task which ＂the 21 st century new library movement＂ carried through to the end.
