摘要
采用粉末冶金工艺研制成功具备优异力学性能的双向分布梯度功能陶瓷刀具材料FG┐2,并结合实际生产对FG┐2刀具与普通陶瓷刀具SG┐4进行了切削对比试验。结果表明,加工精锻锥齿轮端面时,FG┐2的寿命比SG┐4提高1.5倍;加工柴油机进气阀斜面时,FG┐2的寿命比SG┐4提高1倍以上。FG┐2刀具在切削中表现出很强的自砺性。
A Al 2O 3/(W,Ti)C functionally gradient ceramic tool FG 2 possessed of excellent mechanical properties with symmetrical composition distribution is fabricated via a metallurgical method, and its cutting performance is tested in production The results reveal that tool life of FG 2 increase respectively by 2 5 and 2 times over that of SG 4 tool when machining the butt end of finish forged bevel gears and the taper face of intake valve for diesel engines FG 2 exhibits a very high self sharpening effect in cutting process
