摘要
回顾了近10年来高速切削淬硬钢中切屑变形机理、刀具及磨损、切削力、切削温度以及表面质量的研究进展。指出了高速切削淬硬钢技术研究的不足,并讨论了其将来的研究趋势。
As a result of advances in superhard tool materials and machine tool technologies,the high- speed machining(HSM)technology of hardened steels had been progressed,and that the areas of its applica- tion become more and more wide,particularly in the mold and die industry.The progresses in near 10 years of the mechanism of chip formation,tool material and wear,cutting force and temperature,surface integrity in the field of HSM of hardened steels were principally reviewed,and that the current deficiencies and the future of the HSM of hardened steels were discussed.
