新疆多民族人群血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因多态性分析 被引量:2

Study of angiotension converting-ensyme′s (ACE) gene polymorphism in multi-ethnic group of Xingjiang

摘要 目的:研究新疆维吾尔族;土尔扈特蒙古族;汉族健康人群血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因插入?缺失多态性分布情况。方法:采用PCR技术,分别对新疆地区维吾尔族;吐尔扈特蒙古族;汉族健康人群作ACE I/D基因型检测,分类计数进行统计学处理。结果:维吾尔族正常人群ACE水平以DD基因型频率最高(46.3%)(χ2=14.6,P(0.005);土尔扈特蒙古族人群以Ⅱ基因频率最高(48.78%)(χ2=13.77;P(0.005);汉族人群以DI型基因频率最高(46.2%)(χ2=13.77;P(0.005)。结论:ACE基因多态性分布种族之间存在差异,种族内等位基因型效率分布男女间无显著性差异(χ2=0.0960,P>0.05)。 Objective:To study the distribution of insert/deletion (I/D) polymorphism of the angiotension converting - ensyme's gene(ACE) in the uyger, torgbut mongoljen and Han healthy people. Methods:The genotypes of ACE I/D polymorphism were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) methods in these groups. Results:The frequency of ACE DD genotype was the highest (46. 3% ,P 〈 0. 005) in the uygur. For torghut mongoljen,the frequency of ACE II genotype was the highest (48.78%, P 〈 0. 005) . The frequency of ACE DI genotype in Han was the highest (46. 2%, P 〈 0. 005). Conclusion:There is an ethnic difference in the distribution of the ACE gene polymorphism not associated with the gender.
