摘要
目的：对广东省疾病预防控制中心负责起草的《化妆品卫生化学标准检验方法-有毒挥发性有机溶剂》中测定方法进行验证。方法：严格按照该标准方法中的步骤进行方法验证实验。结果：本法相关系数为0.9964~1.0000;最低检测限为0.024~0.297μg;加标回收率范围为81%~118%;相对标准偏差为1.9%~6.3%。结论：方法准确、灵敏,适用于化妆品中有毒挥发性有机溶剂的检测。
Objective：To test the feasibility of the Standard Method for the detection of toxic volatile organic solvents in cosmetics. Methods ：The standard method was strictly repeated step by step according to the procedure in it. Results： The correlation coefficient of this method was 0. 9964 - 1. 0000. The detection limit was 0. 024 -0. 297 ug. The recovery rate was 81% - 118%. Conclusion：The method is accurate, sensitive and suitable to measure toxic volatile organic solvents in cosmetics.
