摘要
本研究利用黑曲霉和米曲霉组合发酵豆粕、棉粕和菜粕等农副产品生产发酵蛋白饲料.在四川、陕西、新疆三省(区)6个规范化奶牛场,共选择339头的中后期泌乳奶牛,进行对比饲养试验.结果表明:(1)降低原奶中体细胞达88~175万个/ml,说明该发酵蛋白饲料对提高奶牛抗病力、防治乳房炎具有显著效果;(2)提高产奶量,试验组奶牛比照组平均多产奶1.08kg/头/天;(3)对乳蛋白、乳脂肪、乳蛋白和乳中固体物有均提高趋势,但多数差异不显著;(4)饲料成本降低,经济效益提高,试验组奶牛比对照组奶牛每头每天多收益6.50元.
This observation utilizes fermented soybean meal, cottonseed meal, and rapeseed meal by Aspergillus niger and Aspergiilus oryzae as core feedstuff to produce special biological protein feed for dairy cow. Demonstration experiments including 339 mid-latter period milking cows are done on 6 standardized dairy farms in Sichuan, Shanxi, and Xinjiang provinces (regions), respectively. The results show: (1) lower somatic cell count in milk of 0.88 - 1.75× 10^6/ml; (2) increased milk production: the milk production of test groups is 1.08 kg / head / day more than that of control groups; (3) the milk fat, milk protein and milk solids of test groups have trend of improving, but most of the difference is not significant; (4) reduced cost of feed, raised economic efficiency: the income of test group is higher than that of control group by over 6.50 yuan per head per day.
