摘要
分别采用电沉积法和催化沉积法在多孔氧化铝模板中沉积了Co,Ni纳米线阵列和Co-P合金纳米线阵列,结合扫描电镜、X射线分析和能谱分析对其结构与形貌进行表征.发现电沉积法制备的Co,Ni纳米线阵列中晶粒取向无序,催化沉积法制备的Co-P合金纳米线阵列为非晶态;催化沉积法制备的纳米线阵列不受电场分布不均的影响,可以在大范围内均匀分布.
Co,Ni nanowire arrays were synthesized in anodic aluminum oxide membrane by electrodeposition, and Co-P alloy nanowire arrays by catalysis deposition. Scanning electron microscopy, X-Ray Diffraction spectrum and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy were used to characterize the nanowire arrays. The author found that the crystal of Co, Ni nanowire arrays fabricated by electrodeposition had different orientations, the Co-P alloy nanowire arrays fabricated by catalysis deposition were noncrystalline, and the nanowire arrays fabricated by catalysis deposition were large-scale and uniform, because they were not affected by the ununiformity of electric filed distributing.
