摘要 一维纳米结构材料在纳米电子学、纳米光电子学、超高密度存储和扫描探针显微镜诸多领域具有潜在的应用前景,已成为21世纪化学、物理学、材料学及生命科学等科技领域的研究热点。结合近期研究工作,主要介绍了一维纳米结构材料的制备方法和组装策略,并简要概述了一维纳米结构材料的应用前景及其国内外最新研究进展。 One-dimensional nanomaterials become a focus in chemical,physical,material and bionomical fields, largely is due to their wide applications in areas of nanoelectronics, nanooptoelectronics, high-density storage and scanning probe microscope. The article mainly illustrates the preparation and assemble strategies of one-dimensional nanomaterials and briefly summarizes their recent progress, properties and applications.
