摘要
选用铁基复合材料作复合辊内层,采用热等静压扩散连接法将其复合到硬质合金外层,制得了近实物尺寸的复合硬质合金轧辊。考察了铁基复合材料内层的热等静压烧结组织和性能及复合辊内、外层界面结合情况。并对复合辊线切割时产生的裂纹作了分析。从而为热等静压法复合硬质合金轧辊的深入研究提供了实验基础。
By utilizing an Fe-matrix composite material and cemented carbide for the insidelayer and outsidelayer , respectively, of the roller, a composite hard metalroller has been fabricated to net shape using the Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) diffusion bonding. The structure and performance of the Fematrix composite material after HIP sintering are described. The interface between the inside layer and the outside layer in composite roller is investigated. Some crack formation in the composite roller is analysed. This work lays the experimental foundation of further studying of HIP composite rollers.
