摘要
采用Ni作为中间层材料,研究了水平射流钻头(16Mn钢钻头体与R0CTEC100/BP05硬质合金喷嘴)真空扩散焊接工艺,探讨了中间层材料Ni的形态、厚度、元素扩散对接头抗剪强度的影响。试验表明,冷轧Ni箔是理想的中间层材料,其最佳厚度为15μm,接头的抗剪强度达到了714MPa。
A technique of vacuum diffusion welding for manufacturing horizontally projected jet bit(16 Mn to R0CTEC100/BP05 alloy)by means of Ni interlayer was studied.The influence of the interlayer shape,thickness and elemental diffusion on the shear strength of the vacuum diffusion welding joint was investigated by the shear strength test and EPMA.It is verified that the cold-rolled Ni foil is the best interlayer and the shear strength of the joint of 16Mn to R0CTEC100/BP05 alloy reaches 714 MPa in the 15μm thickness of the cold-rolled Ni foil.
