摘要 目的建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定二甲苯磺酸拉帕替尼中钯残留量的方法。方法采用MARS6微波消解仪和HNO3消化体系设置消解程序,快速彻底消化样品,通过Zeenit650P石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪建立了二甲苯磺酸拉帕替尼中钯残留量的分析方法。结果钯元素的浓度范围为0μg/L^100μg/L时具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.999 3。方法的检出限与定量限分别为1.2μg/L和4.2μg/L。相对标准偏差为1.68%~4.96%,回收率为98.0%~113.2%。结论该方法的灵敏度高,干扰少,具有较强实用性,便于推广应用。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of residual palladium in lapatinib by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods Adopting MARS 6 microwave digestion instrument and HNO3 in digestive system,the samples were digested completely and the analyzing method was set by Zeenit650 P graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Results The linearity was good in the range of 0 μg / L-100 μg / L,the linear coefficient was r = 0. 999 3. The method detection limit was 1. 2 μg / L,and the limit of quantification was 4. 2 μg / L. Recoveries rate of samples were in the range of98. 0%-113. 2%,with the relatives standard deviations of 1. 68%-4. 96%. Conclusion The method is highly sensitive,less interference and very useful in actual work.
