摘要
在网上搜索与实地调研各类餐饮设施的基础上,运用Arcgis空间分析、比较分析和因素分析的方法总结南京市餐饮业发展的空间特征。从餐饮设施的密度、等级和经营种类空间分布的分析,结果认为,餐饮设施的发展具有地域不均衡性,数量总体上由中心向外围递减,呈圈层式发展;餐饮设施的空间分布与区域经济水平、人口分布因素、交通便捷程度、城市文化传统、空间结构演替等诸多因素有关。
By analyzing the spatial distribution and differences on the caterings and summarizing its general laws in Nanjing, the study provides theoretical supports for the development and research on the service industry to the city and other regions. Based on internet sources and investigation into all types of caterings in Nanjing, the spatial features of the catering industry were summarized with the way of spatial analysis (Arcgis), comparative analysis and factor analysis. With the analysis of the spatial distribution of the density, distinctions and styles of caterings, it concludes that the regional caterings developed in an unbalanced way and its quantity decreased generally from the center to the periphery as a development circle. The distribution of caterings is correlated to regional economy, population distribution, the transportation status, the civic culture tradition, the succession of spatial structure etc. The impact of these factors may change along with economic globalization, rapid urbanization and consumption.
