摘要
大气浇注条件下使用的陶瓷型芯应具有良好的透气性并易于脱芯。在浇注高温下,陶瓷型芯材料的物理化学变化,可能导致上述性能的恶化。试验比较了几种制造陶瓷型芯的工艺路线。对于石英玻璃基烧结陶瓷型芯,应控制使其生成一定量的方石英。
Abstract The ceramic core used under air-pouring conditions should possess good permeability and be easy to remove,but,when pouring,the physicochemical reaction of ceramic core will lead to deterioration of above properties.Several processes of making ceramic core were tested and compared,certain amounts of cristobalite produced due to transformation from fused silica at sintering temperature in fused-silica ceramic cores should be controlled.
