摘要
通过实际浇注试验,研究了EPS-V法浇注时液体金属的流动规律和充填特点;利用传感器测量出浇注过程中铸型内负压度的变化规律及其影响因素;对不同形式的浇注系统进行了比较试验。实验结果有助于深入认识金属-铸型-泡沫塑料模的相互作用规律和铸件的成形原理,为正确地制定EPS-V法铸造工艺建立可靠的实验依据。
Through pouring experiments, the characteristics of flowing and filling of molten metal in EPS-V process are studied; the change and influence of vacaum value in the mould are measuted with the aid of sensors; a comparison of different gating systems is also made. The results obtained are of great aid to further studies of interactions among the metal, the mould and the evaporative plastic pattern and to the studies of forming theory of castisgs, as well as to the establishment of a reliable basis for the design of EPS-V foundry process.
