摘要
简要介绍了TiAl基合金的应用及目前存在的主要问题。阐述了在TiAl基合金上不易形成连续的Al2O3膜的“氮效应”,指出“氮效应”似乎是阻碍TiAl合金在空气中形成连续的Al2O3膜的主要障碍。讨论了改善TiAl基合金抗氧化性的途径,即控制较低的Al含量,添加适量的W,Mo,Nb和Si等合金元素,采用Ti-Al-Cr合金涂层等。
The applications and existential main problems of the γ TiAl based alloys are briefly introduced. The “nitrogening effect”is a main reason for not easily forming continuous Al 2O 3 scale on the surface of the TiAl based alloys. Some methods to improve the oxidation resistance of these alloys, such as controlling the aluminium contents in the alloys, adding certain amounts of W, Mo, Nb and/or Si, or adopting Ti Al Cr coating, are discussed.
