摘要
利用金相组织观察和拉伸试验测试,研究了固溶处理对4004铝合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在480~500℃固溶温度、1~6 h固溶时间范围,随固溶温度升高或固溶时间延长,须状硅逐渐粒化和合金元素逐渐回溶,时效处理后合金力学性能有所提高;进一步提高固溶温度或延长固溶时间,合金力学性能逐步降低。变质后的4004铝合金最佳固溶处理制度为490℃×6 h。
The effects of solid solution treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 4004 aluminum alloy were investigated by means of metallographic analysis and tensile test. The results indicates that the mechanical properties of the alloy increase along with the increase of temperature and time in the range of 480-500℃ and 1-6 h. Whisker-like silicon changes into granular gradually and alloy elements dissolve gradually during the process. The mechanical performance of the alloy reduce gradually when temperature or time further increase. The optimum solution treatment process of the alloy is at 490℃ for 6 h.
