摘要
目的:探讨经尿道等离子电切术治疗尿道狭窄或闭锁的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析31例经尿道等离子电切术治疗的尿道狭窄或闭锁患者的临床资料。结果:31例尿道狭窄或闭锁的患者均1次手术成功,无改为开放手术的病例;手术时间为25～105 min,平均为55 min;术后随访3～12个月均排尿通畅,无尿道狭窄或闭锁。结论:经尿道等离子电切是治疗尿道狭窄或闭锁的首要选择,具有安全、有效的特点。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of plasma eletresection on urethral stricture or atresia. Methods：A retrospective analysis was performed in 31cases of urethral stricture or atresia from February 2005 to October 2008. The treatment effects were investigated. Results：During the treatment,31 cases of urethral stricture or atresia had a successfully operation.The duration of operation was 25-105 rain （mean 55 min）.After the operation 3-12 months follow up revealed a sound recovery. Conclusion：Plasma eletrosection is effective and safe to be the first choice of treatment for urethral stricture or atresia.
