摘要
目的探讨等离子电切术治疗后尿道狭窄的临床价值。方法采用等离子电切治疗14例后尿道狭窄患者,并对治疗效果进行评价。结果14例患者全部顺利完成腔内手术,12例(85,7%)手术成功,随访6～24个月排尿通畅。结论充分术前准备,严格控制手术适应证,正确的手术操作,有效的术后管理,采用等离子电切手术治疗陈旧性后尿道狭窄、成功率高,预后满意。
Objective To discuss the effect of plasma eletrosection on posterior urethral stricture. Methods Fourteen patients suffering posterior urethral stricture were treated by transurethral plasma eletrosection and the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results Among the 14 patients, 12 （85.7%）had a successfully operation. 6-24 month follow-up revealed a sound recovery. Conclusion On the basis of meticulous preoperative preparation,strict control of operative indlcation,correct operative procedures and an effective nursing care after operation, transurethral plasma eletrosection to treat obsolete posterior urethra stricture has a satisfactory prognosis.
