摘要 [目的]筛选杀草谱广、防效高、成本低的大田除草混剂。[方法]以小麦作为供试植物,采用D饱-和最优回归设计,将氯嘧磺隆与二甲四氯、异丙隆、精喹禾灵、莠去津和乙草胺5种药剂分别混配,研究混配的最佳组合和最佳配比,并对单因素效应和互作效应进行分析。[结果]氯嘧磺隆+精喹禾灵对小麦芽长的抑制效果最好,其最佳配比为氯嘧磺隆0.05 g/L+精喹禾灵0.07 g/L,其最大抑制率可达98.9%;单因素效应分析表明,氯嘧磺隆对小麦芽长的最大理论抑制率为75.4%,精喹禾灵对小麦芽长的最大理论抑制率为86.4%;互作效应分析表明,氯嘧磺隆0.06 g/L+精喹禾灵0.07 g/L,最高理论抑制率可达到99.2%。[结论]利用D饱-和最优回归设计可进行大量的配方筛选,使得筛选的配方更科学可靠。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to screen the mixed formulation of field herbicidal with wide spectrum of weeding, high control effect and low cost. [ Method] With wheat as tested plant, D-saturated and optimum regression design was adopted, the chlorimuron-ethyl was mixed with 5 medicaments of MCPA, isoproturon, quizalofop-p-ethyl, atrazine and acetoehlor resp. , the best combination and optimum proportion of mixeD-ligand were studied, and effects of single-factor and interaction were analyz.ed. [ Result ] The ehlorimuron-ethyl + quizalofop-p-ethyl had best inhibitory effect on the growth of wheat bud with the optimum proportion of ehlorimuron-ethyl 0.05 g/L + quizalofop-pethyl 0.07 g/L, and the maximum inhibition rate could be up to 98.9%. The analysis of single-factor effect showed, the most theoretical inhibition rate of ehlorimuron-ethyl on roots elongation of wheat bud was 75.4% , and that of quizalofop-p-ethyl on the growth of wheat bud was 86.4%. The interaction effect analysis indicated, the maximum theoretical inhibitory rate could reach to 99.2% for chlorimuron-ethyl 0.06 g/L + quizalofop-p-ethyl 0.07 g/L. [ Conclusion ] Using D-saturated and optimum regression design could conduct the plentiful formula screening and make the screened formula be more scientific and reliable.
