Application of Optimum Regression Design in the Chemical Control of Weeds in Wheat Field

摘要 依据二次饱和D-最优设计原理,研究了苯磺隆和骠马的用量与除草效果的变化规律。结果表明:土壤施药方法最佳用量为苯磺隆12.3543g/hm2+骠马67.8318ml/hm2;茎叶施药方法最佳用量为苯磺隆11.4104g/hm2+骠马74.4595ml/hm2;其对后茬作物玉米、棉花、大豆安全。 The principle of quadratic saturation D -optimum regression design was used to probe into the interrelation between the dosage of tribenuron-methyl and fenoxiapro-pethyl and the control effect of weeds in wheat field and the regression models were established. The result showed that the best dosage for soil treatment was 12.542 3 g of tribenuron -methyl and 67.831 8 ml of fenoxiapro-pethyl per hectare. The best dosage for stem treatment was 11.410 4 g of tribenuron -methyl plus 74.459 5 ml of fenoxiapro-pethyl. Both of the treatments were safe for later crop including corn, cotton and soybeen.
