摘要
研究了二甲四氯对不同小麦品种生长发育、根系活力及叶绿素含量的影响,结果表明,豫麦54对二甲四氯耐药性强,豫麦18耐药性最弱,周麦9号、七里湾1号居中;同一小麦品种土壤处理法比茎叶处理法影响安全性要强;二甲四氯对豫麦54根系活力及叶绿素含量影响最小,对豫麦18、周麦9号、七里湾1号影响较大;二甲四氯对根系活力及叶绿素含量的影响土壤处理法大于茎叶处理法。
In this paper the effect of Methoxone on the growth and development, the vigor of roots and the content of the chlorophyll of different kinds of wheat varieties was studied through indoor experiments. The results demonstrated that the Yumai 54's insecticide tolerance was the best while the Yumai 18's was the worst, and the Zhoumai 9's or the Qiliyuanl's was moderate. The wheat that was treated in stem and leaf was more security than the same one that was treated in soil. The effect of Methoxone on the vigor of mot and the content of the chlorophyll of Yumai 54 was the smallest.The wheat grown in treated soil was easier affected than one directly treated in stem and leaf.
