摘要
用纯化的抗鸡传染性腔上囊病病毒（ＩＢＤＶ）抗体免疫家兔，将所获效价较高（１∶１６）的兔源抗ＩＢＤＶ独特型抗体分别与福氏完全和福氏不完全佐剂按１∶１比例乳化制备成抗ＩＢＤＶ独特型抗体疫苗。用该疫苗免疫迪卡公雏鸡和ＳＰＦ鸡，经用ＩＢＤＶ强毒株以点眼和滴鼻方式攻击，试验组的保护率分别为９８／９８，１００／１００，４９／４９，大群免疫接种的应答率为１００％。
The rabbits were immunized with purified antiIBDV antibodies and got higher titer(1∶16) antiIBDV idiotype antibodies.The vaccine was prepared by emulsifying the antibodies with complete or incomplete Fruends adjvant accordirg to the proportion 1∶1.To be inoculated with the vaccine to Dekalb male chickens and SPF chickens then,challenged with virulent strain by ocular or nasal vaccination.The protective rates of test group were 98/98,100/100 and 49/49 respectively.The immune response rate was 100% in field with the vaccine.
