摘要
应用提取纯化的抗IBDV IgG免疫Balb/c小鼠,其脾细胞与SP2/O细胞在PEG作用下融合,应用ELISA法检测筛选,经有限稀释法克隆2次,获得了2株(2B_6株、5F_4株)分泌抗IBDV独特型抗体的杂交瘤细胞株,并能诱生Balb/c小鼠产生高效价的含抗IBDV独型抗体腹水.
The SP2/0 mouse myeloma cells and splenocells from Balb/C mice immunizedwith the purified anti-IBDV IgG were fused in the presence of PEG, and the idiotype anti-body (Id) in hybridoma culture supernatant was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The positive hybridoma were cloned 2 times by the technique of limiting di-lution, and two cell lines (2B6, 5F4) of hybridoma secreting Id against IBDV were estab-lished. The ascites with high titres of Id were produced in Balb/C mice.
