摘要
研究了4种大孔吸附树脂纯化桑叶中1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)的工艺。实验结果表明:XDA-6树脂宜于桑叶DNJ的分离纯化,最佳工艺为:以DXA-6树脂装柱、pH10、原液浓度0.352mg/mL、流速2.0BV/h条件下吸附。80%乙醇溶液以2.5BV/h的流速洗脱,树脂使用3次进行一次再生。
To compare 4 kinds of absorb resins in purification of 1-deoxynojirimycin(DNJ) from mulberry leaves. Experiment results showed that XDA-6 resin possesses high absorption capacity. The best craft was: the adsorption power was 2 BV/h and 2.5, pH 10, the content of the total DNJ in liquid was 0.352 mg per 1 mL. As the desorption solvent, the concentration of ethanol was 80 and the desorption power was 2.5 BV/h. Regenerate the resin after using three times.
