综述了 1 脱氧野尻霉素及其衍生物的药理学作用与合成方法 .该类化合物在临床和生物学研究中具有重要的应用价值 .
Deoxynojirimycin and its derivatives are α-glucosidase inhibitors,and the pharamological activities and synthetic methods of them were reviewed in this paper.These compounds have great value in clinical and biochemical research.
