摘要
整合分布于不同政府部门的关于企业和个人的信用信息,为政府、企业、公众提供经济高效的信用信息共享服务,是建立以政府为主导的信用档案共享模式所要解决的核心问题。提出电子政务环境下信用档案"整合——共享——应用"的共享模式,该共享模式由信用档案的整合体系、共享体系和应用体系组成,实现对信用信息的收集、共享与应用。在此基础上,对长三角某副省级城市"政府联合征信系统"的建设案例进行分析。
Integrating the enterprises and personal credit information distributed in the different government departments to provide cost - effective credit information sharing services is the core issue to resolve to build a government - led credit file - sharing mode. The credit files ＇ integrating - sharing - application＇ mode under e-government environment is proposed, which is composed of credit file integrating system, sharing system ahd application system. At the end of this paper, a case - on a sub - provincial city in the Yangtze River Delta - ＇ the Government - Led Joint Credit Information System＇ is analyzed.
