摘要
随着现代信息技术的发展和社会信息化进程的加快,档案工作的运作方式、基本理论及档案工作者的思维观念发生了巨大变化。档案工作者必须强化超前意识、信息意识、角色意识、保护意识、编研意识、诚信意识、服务意识、创新意识和文化意识,全方位地推进档案事业的健康发展。
Taking into consideration the influence of the development of modem IT, the basic theory and the thinking of file work, the paper proposes that in information age file clerks must enhance foresight awareness, information awareness, role awareness, protection awareness, innovation awareness, research awareness, trustworthiness, service awareness, culture awareness, etc. in order to push forward the all - round healthy development of file work.
