摘要
近年来,企业信用问题已经成为影响各国经济发展的重要因素,针对企业信用信息的管理研究逐渐成为国内外学者关注的一个重要领域。综观国内外实践,建立合理有效的企业信用信息管理机制已成为企业信用约束的前提。针对企业信用信息管理的核心问题,对企业信用信息的搜集机制与共享机制进行分析研究,以期优化企业信用资源,规范市场交易主体的信用行为。
Recently, enterprise credit problems have been one of the most important dements that influenced every country＇s economic development. And researches on enterprise credit information management were forming an important field, which attracted many researchers. It has been admitted that management mechanism of enterprise credit information was the premise of constraint mechanism of enterprise credit. The collection mechanism and sharing mechanism of enterprise credit information were studied in order to improve enterprise credit behavior.
