摘要
以科学发展观引领人力资源管理创新,是知识经济时代对人力资源管理的要求,是提升组织核心竞争力对人力资源管理的要求。因此,我们必须树立科学的人力资源管理理念,着力破解制约我国人力资源管理的矛盾和难题,加快构建有利于人力资源管理发展与创新的体制与机制。
It is the requirement in the age of knowledge economy to guide the innovation in human resources management with the concept of scientific development in order to enhance the competence core of an organization. Therefore, we have to establish seientitic concept of human resources management and overcome the contradictions and problems in human resources management. The ultimate goal is to construct the system and mechanism for the development and innovation of human resources management.
