摘要
钻机出厂试验是检验钻机设计性能、制造质量、系统及接口配套情况的重要手段。由于时间、场地、费用等问题,钻机制造商不可能按实际钻井工况进行试验。被业界认可的方法是采用模拟试验,最大钩载、清水循环、干钻井、车载钻机行驶试验等是目前经常采用的模拟试验方法。重点讨论了如何使模拟试验尽可能接近实际钻井工况。
Factory test of drilling rig is an important method to inspect rig design performance, manufacturing quality, system and interface support state. What puzzles the drilling rig manufacturer is that the test can not he carried out in the same way as that in the oilfield. Main reasons are as follows: Time, Place and Cost. Right now, Simulating Test is the method accepted by drilling industry. This thesis focuses on how to make test approaching the actual status as close as possible. Most frequently used simulating methods are as follows: Maximum Hook Load, water circulation, Dry drilling, Road test.
