摘要
针对修井机、车载钻机二级井架在立放时是否伸出到位、二级井架承载块是否打开和收井架时承载块是否被钩住等问题,研制了一套用于油田修井机、车载钻机二级井架的控制系统。该系统可以根据监控情况做出相应的控制动作,对操作人员进行语音提示,保证立放井架作业过程安全,同时提高作业效率。该控制系统在现场已使用了0.5 a,运行情况良好,既能安全生产,又能提高作业工效,具有明显的社会效益和经济效益。
In the light of the problems with the secondary derrick onworkover rigs and truck-mounted drilling rigs, a set of controlsystem for the derrick was developed. The system can monitorwhether the secondary derrick stretches out to the expectedposition, whether its bearing block is opened and whether theblock is hooked in lowering the derrick. It can perform thecorresponding control movements, conduct the voice promptfor operators, ensure the safety in the process of lifting andlowering the derrick and at the same time improve theoperating efficiency. The system was applied to the workoverrigs of several drilling crews of Chuanqing Drilling Companyof PetroChina for half a year, with a desirable operatingcondition. It runs safely and improves the operating efficiency,achieving remarkable social and economic benefits.
