摘要 近年来,采用单电机联合驱动绞车转盘方式设计的修井机已广泛应用于海洋石油平台,随着修井作业不断使用,修井机电控系统暴露了功能缺失和安全可靠性低的问题。针对这些问题,该文从绞车转盘联动工况、电机速度限制保护、智能防碰保护、盘刹控制四个方面阐述了修井机电控系统优化设计方案,完善其功能和保护措施,最大程度的满足各种修井作业工况需求,推动海洋单电机驱动修井机创新发展。 In recent years, the use of a single motor united drive winch rotary designed in a way workover rig has been widely used in the offshore oil platform. With the continuous use of workover, the electric control system of workover rig has exposed the problem of function lack and low safe reliability. To solve these problems, the text from winch rotarytable linkage working condition, motor speed limit protection, intelligent anti collision protection, brake control four aspects elaborates the workover rig control system optimization design. It perfects its function and protective measures, maximum to meet all kinds of workover operation conditions demand, promotes marine single electric machine drive workover rig innovation and development.
