摘要
利用32P示踪技术对湖北省9个小麦品种(系)的研究结果表明:孕穗至抽穗期,代谢中心在各器官主次之分不明显,物质分配中心和养分需求强度部位一致,主要是茎,其次为叶、穗;抽穗至灌浆期,代谢中心为叶片,物质分配中心和养分需求强度顺序为茎>穗>叶;灌浆至成熟期,代谢中心、分配中心和养分需求强度部位表现一致,主要部位是穗,其次为茎、叶。不同品种根系吸收速率高峰期多数在灌浆期。子粒产量与子粒32P总活度有显著正相关关系(r=07131)。
Nine wheat varieties (lines) in Hubei Province were studied by using 32P tracer technique,The result showed that,in spike formation stage to heading stage,metabolism centre in various organs had not significant priority;nutrient distribution centre and requiring intensity had such order:stem>spike or leaf.In heading to grain filling stage,leaf was metabolism and materal distribution centre,nutrient requiring intensity had such order:stem>spike or leaf.In grain filling stage to maturity stage,metabolism,distribution and nutrient requiring intersity centres had same order:spike>stem>leaf.Most wheat varieties had a absorption peak of root system in grain filling stage.There was a significant positive correlation between grain yield and 32P total activity of grain.
