摘要
利用池栽对豫东平原粘壤、中壤和砂壤三种质地土壤上冬小麦生长后期的生理特性进行了研究。结果表明,三种质地土壤冬小麦生长后期的光合速率、叶绿素含量、蒸腾速率、根系活力、叶面积指数等生理特性存在明显差异,这些差异影响着冬小麦的籽粒灌浆。砂壤土上种植的冬小麦后期各项生理指标下降迅速,从而导致灌浆持续时间缩短,千粒重降低;粘壤土上各项生理指标下降缓慢,致使籽粒灌浆持续期延长,千粒重增加;中壤土上的变化特点介于二者之间。此外,三种土壤冬小麦旗叶均表现光合“午睡”
The physiological characteristics of the grain formation stage of winter wheat (GFSWW)in clay loam,loam and sandy loam in Yu Dong Plain area had been studied with pool culture method.The results indicated that NPR,chlorophyll content,transpiration rate,root actvity,LAI etc of winter wheat given a obvious differences in three kinds of soils.Those differences influenced grain filling of wheat and formation of yield.In sandy loam,owing to the physiological indexes of GFSWW decreased rapidly,the duration of grain filling shortened and the 1000 kernel weight decreased.But in clay loam the results of the physiological indexes went by contraries.In loam the variations of the physiological indexes were between them.In addition,the wheat flag leaves in three kinds of soils all showed the phenomenon of “middy depression”of photosynthetic rate.
