归一化噪声功率谱是一个出现在红外成像系统信噪比定义公式中的函数,文献中一般少有提及如何求解或获得该函数的具体表达式。介绍了一种估算红外成像系统归一化噪声功率谱函数的实用方法。该方法基于数值逼近原理,可通过多项式拟合函数和MATLAB来实现,具有简单、易用的特点。
The normalized noise power spectrum is a function that appears in the definition formula for the signal-to-noise ratio of an infrared imaging system. It is seldom mentioned that how to solve or obtain the detailed expression of this function in references. A practical method for the estimation of normalized noise power spectrum of an infrared imaging system is presented. It is based on numerical approximation and can be implemented with the polynomial fitting function and MATLAB. The method is simple and easy to use.
