摘要
讨论了扫描热象仪及红外焦平面凝视热象仪ＮＥＴＤ的计算公式，其中最关键的是噪声等效带宽的计算，作者建议，除了要标定噪声等效温差。
Noise equivalent bandwidth is important in measurement of the NETD for scanning and staring thermal imagers.At the same time,NEED and NERD also play an important part in imager performance;therefore,they should be taken into account in performance evaluation.
