摘要
分析了采用脉冲偏置电压读出电路的 32 0× 2 4 0凝视型非致冷焦平面 (UFPA)的原理。根据处于脉冲偏置的红外热像仪的成像过程 ,分析了影响非致冷热像仪 NETD的几个因素。数值计算表明 :脉冲偏置时 U FPA温度升高带来的误差 。
The principle of large-array(320×240)staring uncooled focal plane array(UFPA)under pulse bias readout circuit is analyzed.Several factors that affect the accuracy of noise equivalent temperature difference(NETD)are demonstrated according to the equation of NETD of the infrared imager under pulse bias.Numerical result shows that the error which comes from the UFPA temperature rise under pulse bias contributes the most in the errors of its NETD.
