链篦机-回转窑生产直接还原铁工艺模型的研究 被引量:1

摘要 使用新疆蒙库铁精矿粉为原料,以新兴铸管新疆阿勒泰资源发展有限公司的链篦机-回转窑为研究对象,进行了链篦机-回转窑工艺模型的研究。根据守恒定律、冶金热力学定律,以及实际生产数据,将工艺过程分为工艺操作、化学反应计量、冶金计量和能量计量四个层次进行分析,建立了包含冶金模型和能量模型两部分的工艺模型。使用该模型对实际生产结果进行预报,对比预报值和实测值可得:金属化率误差0.98%,ω(TFe)误差5.68%;ω(MFe)误差4.66%,预报结果比较准确,对工艺操作的调整优化有较好的指导作用。 This study takes the iron concentrate powder in Mengku Xinjiang as the raw material, and used the chain grate-rotary kiln form Xinxing Cast Pipe (Altay Xinjiang) resource development Co. Ltd. as the study object, the chain grate-rotary kiln process model is studied. According to the conservation law, metallurgical thermodynamics and the data of practical production, the process operation, chemical reaction measurement, metallurgy measurement and energy measurement are all analysed. Both the metallurgy model and energy model are set up. Using this model to forecast the practical production, and comparing the predictive value with the measured value, the result shows that the error of metallization is 0.98%, the error of TFe is 5.68% and the error of MFe is 4.66%. So the predictive result is exact, of which provide a directive function of adjustment and optimization of the process operation.
