摘要
门诊检查费用是门诊患者医疗费用中的重要组成部分。为配合武汉市医疗保障制度改革,我们对武汉市医院门诊患者医疗检查费用情况进行了分析。结果表明,不同挂号类型、不同就诊方式的病人及不同特征医院、不同性质科室的门诊平均检查费用之间均有极显著性差异;多元逐步回归分析显示,影响门诊患者检查费用的因素共有6个。
In connexion with the reform of medical security system, outpatient examination fees were investigated; found to be very significantly different between various registration approaches, department features, and hospital types and size; and on the basis of multivariate regression analysis, considered to have six major influencing factors.
