摘要
复方马钱子片预防给药组对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的早期渗出性炎症和后期继发性损害均有明显的抑制作用，治疗组也同样出现了抑制效果；明显抑制小鼠迟发型超敏反应，而对小鼠的单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能。
It was showed in this paper that the preventive administration group of compound prescription Semen Strychni tablet could obviously inhibit early exudative inflammation and late secondary lesion of the adjuvant arthritis in rats while it occurred in the treatment group.It could markedly inhibit delayed hypersensitivity in mice,but had no significant effects on phagocytic function of mononuclear phagocyte and the amounts of hemagglutinin antibody induced by sheeperythrocyte immunization in the serum of mice.
