摘要
目的:观察风湿正痛丸治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效、起效时间及不良反应。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组,治疗组予风湿正痛丸,对照组予甲氨喋呤(MTX)联合尼美舒利片,比较两组患者治疗后不同时点各项疗效评价指标的改善情况,并记录不良反应。结果:治疗6个月时,治疗组有效率为76.67%,对照组有效率为83.33%,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组不良反应的发生率为3.33%,对照组不良反应的发生率为23.33%,两组不良反应的发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:风湿正痛丸治疗寒湿痹阻型RA具有起效较快、疗效稳定、不良反应少的优点,较适合此型患者长期治疗使用。
Objective： To evaluate clinical curative effect, the onset time and adverse effect of Fengshi Zhengtong Pill treating RA patients who were type of cold wetness blocked in Joints. Methods ： 60 patients were randondy allocated to 2 groups. Treatment group was treated with Fengshi Zhengtong Pill and control group was treated with MTX and nimesulide. Observe signs and symptoms and chemical examination result and record adverse effect at post - treatment of 2 groups. Result： Effective rate of treatment group was 76.67% and control group was 83.33% ,which were no significant differences in 2 groups（ P 〉0.05）. Adverse effect rate of treatment group was 3.33% and control group was 23.33%, which were high significant differences in 2 groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： It had been proved to be effective and safety to apply Fengshi Zhengtong Pill which suited to RA patient of type of cold wetness blocked in joints in long term therapy.
