摘要
以脱壳菜籽饼粕为研究对象,采用了盐酸乙醇溶液为脱毒体系,实现了蛋白质与植酸的综合利用同时提高了饼粕的饲用质量。该法的最佳工艺参数为盐酸∶乙醇∶水∶3%∶60%∶37%(体积比)的混合液为脱毒体系,料液比为5∶1,室温下浸提45 min,浸提次数为2次。对植酸的提取率达到了94.11%,干燥后的饼粕未检出硫代葡萄糖苷。处理后的饼粕对小鼠生长有明显的促进作用,能够替代鱼粉添加到普通饲料中。
Taking hydrochloric acid and ethanol solution as the means of detoxification, the comprehensive utilization of phytic acid and protein in hulling rapeseed meal was realized, and the feed value of rapeseed meal was raised. The optimum parameters of the developed technology were HCl ethanol water (volume ratio) 3 % :60% :37 %, material/liquid 5: 1, extracting for 45min at room temperature, twice. Results show: Under the optimum conditions, the extraction rate of phytic acid is 94.11% ,no glucosinate detected in the dried rapeseed meal. Additionally, using the processed rapeseed meal to replace fishmeal results in growth promotion for mice; consequently it might be practical to replace fishmeal in ordinary feed.
