摘要 目的:研究沿面放电等离子体-臭氧对空气中微生物的杀灭作用及影响因素。方法:采用人工空气染菌试验法。结果:等离子体-臭氧对空气中的金黄色葡萄球菌作用1min,杀灭率为99.99%,10min杀灭率为100%;对白色念珠菌作用6min可全部杀灭;对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用15min,杀灭率达到99.90%以上,30mim可全部杀灭。在菌液中加入10%小牛血清,对消毒效果无明显影响。结论:等离子体-臭氧对空气中的微生物有良好的杀灭作用。 Objective: To investigate the killing effect of plasmasozone (PO) discharging along surface on microorganism in the air and its influence factors. Methods: The testing method of artificial contamination bacteria to air was used in this study. Results: Plasmasozone could kill 99.99% of Staphylococcus aureus in the air within 1 min and 100% within 10 min. It could inactivate all Candida albicans after 6 min. But the sporicidal efficiency of plasmasozone was not so good. Plasmasozone could respectively kill 99. 90% and 100% of spores of Bacillus Sublitis var. Niger in the air within 15 and 30 min action. There was no influence on killing rate when bacterial suspension with 10% calf serum was used. Conclusion: The plasmasozone can effectively activate microorganism in the air, indicating that it will be widely applied in the future.
