沿面放电产生的臭氧对空气中微生物杀灭作用影响因素的研究 被引量:12

STUDY ON FACTORS INFLUENCING THE KILLING EFFECT OF OZONE PRODUCED BY SURFACE DISCHARGE ON MICROORGANISMS IN AIR

摘要 按照析因试验设计,以沿面放电臭氧消毒器进行臭氧对空气中细菌芽胞杀灭效果受温、湿度影响的试验。结果表明,在试验范围内,随着温度或相对湿度升高,臭氧对空气中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭效果均明显增强,尤以相对湿度的影响较大。温度与相对湿度间存在交互作用。 The disinfector generating ozone by surface discharge is composed of 4 ozone\|generating plates with working voltage of 220 V. Experimental study on influence of temperature and humidity on efficacy of ozone in killing bacterial spores in air was carried out using this disinfector and factorial design. The results indicated that the efficacy of ozone in killing spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger in air increased significantly with increasing temperature or relative humidity within the ranges tested, with the influence of relative humidity being especially large. There was interaction between temperature and relative humidity, i.e. changes in temperature caused corresponding changes in degree of influence of relative humidity and vice versa.
