摘要
采用含功能性单体的引发体系合成聚丙烯酰胺.在正交试验的基础上,选择5×8×7×1的BP神经网络模型,验证了其正确性.得到最佳反应条件为:丙烯酰胺单体水溶液的质量分数为25%,反应温度为40℃,微乳液pH为9.0,引发剂质量百分数为0.30%,功能性单体占氧化还原部分质量分数为0.1,得到的最大分子量约为1.32×107.
The functional monomer was used to synthesize polyacrylamide. Based on the orthogonal test and the BP neural network with the model 5 × 8 × 7 × 1, the correctness was verified. The optimum reaction conditions obtained are that the acrylamide monomer mass concentration, the reaction temperature, the pH of inverse microemulsion, the initiator mass concentration, mfunctional / mreductant in redox are 25%, 40℃, 9.0,0.30% and 0.1, respectively. And the highest molecular-weight of PAM is 1.32 × 10^7.
