介绍了以功能性单体采用乳液聚合法制备丙烯酸酯乳液。重点论述了聚合工艺、单体加入方式、引发体系、乳化体系、聚合温度、搅拌速率、功能性单体种类和用量以及pH值和电解质等因素对丙烯酸酯乳液聚合过程稳定性的影响 。
This article has described the functional monomer containing acrylate emulsion polymerization process, focused on the influence of polymerization technology, charging schedule of monomers, initiator system, emulsifier system, temperature, stirring, verities and amount of monomers, pH value, and electrolytes on the stability of polymerization process. The control procedures are given.
