摘要
目的:观察加味明芪汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效及其对周围血嗜酸性细胞、血清总免疫球蛋白E水平的影响。方法:采用加味明芪汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘60例,并随机设单纯西药治疗30例对照观察。治疗前后查外周血嗜酸性细胞计数及测定血清总免疫球蛋白E水平。结果:治疗组总有效率(91.67%),对照组总有效率(76.67%),治疗组的疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组外周血EOS计数及血清总IgE水平与对照组比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味明芪汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效满意。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect and changes of peripheral blood eosinophil,serum total immunoglobulin E of Modified Mingqi Decoetion on eough variant asthma. Methods： 60 eases suffered from cough variant asthma were treated by Modified Mingqi Decoction in the treatment group and 30 eases in the control group were treated by western medicine. Observed the counted members of peripheral blood esinophil and the level of serum total immunoglobulin E. Results： The total effective rate was 91. 67% in the treatment group. The total effective rate was 76.67% in the control group. The curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the eontrol group remarkably（P〈0. 01）. The counted members Of peripheral blood eosinophil and the level of serum total imrnunoglobulin E were significant difference between the treatment group and the eontrol group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of Modified Mingqi Decoction on cough variant asthma is reliable.
