摘要
书刊繁简字及异体字使用规范在实际执行过程中存在许多问题,不规范现象在文史类出版物中较为普遍。造成不规范使用的浅表层原因包括著作者和编辑出版者两个源头,缺少繁简字对应关系方面的知识是其中重要原因;深层的原因是现行简化汉字系统存在不足,有待完善。简化汉字系统存在的不足使得执行标准在某种程度上具有了不确定性和模糊性,从而导致分歧和争议,加大了执行难度。
There are many problems in actual implementing the using standards of the traditional, simplified and variant Chinese in the books and journals. The nonstandard phenomena prevail in the publications of literature and history. There are two aspects of reasons for the nonstandard of using the traditional, simplified and variant Chinese. The superficial reason includes two sources： the author and the editor, among them the most important reason lies in the lack of the correlation of the traditional and simplified Chinese ; while the deep reason is that there is deficiency in the existing system of the traditional and simplified Chinese, which requires to be improved. The deficiency in the system of the traditional and simplified Chinese makes the operative norm some uncertainty and ambiguity, which leads to controversy and dispute, and hence increases the difficulty of implimenting the Chinese standards.
