摘要
目的:探索慢性宫内缺氧时胰岛素样生长因子-1(Insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)在新生兔脑组织和血清中的表达规律。方法:取孕中晚期新西兰兔24只,随机分为对照组、缺氧组以及中药干预缺氧组,对比3组新生兔的脑组织和血清的IGF-1表达与变化。结果:IGF-1在脑组织的表达经χ2检验,各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),缺氧组明显高于中药干预组,且中药干预组高于对照组。ELISA法定量测定血清IGF-1含量,缺氧组的血清IGF-1的含量低于对照(P<0.01),中药干预组的血清IGF-1的含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:缺氧缺血性脑病(Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)新生兔的体内IGF-l进行了重新分布。脑组织内为保护神经细胞发生应激反应,调集外周血中的IGF-1进入中枢神经系统,参与内源性保护机制。
Objective: Searching after the regularity of the expressions the insulin-like growth factors (IGF-1) inside the neonatal rabbits with chronic intrauterine anoxemia give to brain Tissues and serums. Methods: Choosing 24 Zelanian rabbits that have been in afternoon pregnancy,we divide them into three stochastic eontratest group by chance: the control group,the anoxic group and the group interfered with Chinese traditional medicine. Then we contrast the expressions and changes of these groups with IGF-1 in brain tissues and in serums. Results: Contrasting IGF-1 in brain tissues,checked up withΧ^2. In three different groups, we have found that the differences of their expressions have some statistical significance (P 〈0.01 );IGF-1 in brain tissues of the anoxic group is higher than the group interfered with Chinese traditional medicine and IGF-1 in brain tissues of the group interfered with Chinese traditional medicine is higher than the control group.Determined the contents of IGF-1 in serums on rabbits by ELISA,the contents of IGF-1 in serums of the anoxic group is extremely remarkably lower than the control group (P 〈0.01 ), while the contents of IGF-1 in serums of the group interfered with Chinese traditional medicine is extremely remarkably lower than the anoxic group. Conclusion:In this article,there occurs the mentions: IGF-1 has been redistributed in the bodies of HIE neonatal rabbits;Irritable reactions inside brain tissues have been brought into existance in order to protect nerve cells, then IGF-1 from the peri-islet extro-blood all assembled into the central nervous system, then participate in the intrinsic protection mechanism.
